Had a great experience at Healthy Planet in Whitby! I called looking for an item, and at first, they didn’t have it, which was a bit frustrating. But Lucas was super helpful—he not only found the item for me but also remembered to put one aside when the next shipment arrived. I was honestly surprised that he remembered everything and followed through. It’s rare to get that level of service these days, so I really appreciate it! Definitely recommend this location for their great customer service.

The staff inside are really friendly and welcoming! However, the exterior of the store could use some improvement - it's a bit dark and gives the impression that the store might be closed. Despite this, the friendly service makes up for it, and I'd still recommend checking it out.
Brittany assisted me and gave me ALL the information I was asking for. She recommended a product and what she said was 100% accurate. Within 1 week I had all the energy I've been needing for the last 12 years. I just told her I was feeling lethargic. Absolutely zero energy to even open my eyes in the morning. With kids and working 2 jobs along with losing a loved one, I was running on empty. If Brittany hadn't been there to I would still be in bed.
